What the producer needs is to fully exploit Fumi's sexy body, and Sakura's body falls far short of Fumi's, even though their facial features might look similar.

I think it was axed because she rushed a lot of things but still pretty a mess that is difficult to fix.Even the JP fans are thinking that.
@box2024 I believe mentioned that volume 13 said 14 will be the final. So there's only two more chapters to work with. There a things they could do like crank up the pacing to the max, and/or make use of time skips and a few extra pages with the lower chapter count if they must to try and make an ending that works atp.

depending on the ending still but I'd say 14 volumes is a good run, hard to keep looping to extend this story and even before the last arc things were already slowly escalating to a critical point. It's just Airi's decisions made it that much worse in the end.
Well, if that's referring to the one in Volume 13, it's probably referring to Sakura's reaction to Fumi and Shinobu kiss
Well not anymore at this point but for volume 13 it's probably just marketing bait since 14 starts from 128~ so maybe it was when Sakura heard the tail end of the conversations between Shinobu and Fumi or saw the kiss is my guess.
