Funny, we know they have been fucking for a long while, so I don't get why the editor felt the need to reject a sex scene. I would understand it if this manga were on a physical shounen magazine or something, but this one is web only.

I don't think this is censorship in that way. Assuming that it's not just a joke, leaving the most intimate moments to the reader's imagination was probably a decision made specifically for this series, due to creative (i.e. for the sake of a greater artistic vision) or business reasons (i.e., to keep audience interest). Consider that they don't often kiss on the page either.

To get the slurs outta the way, the main reason people are so offended is because these doxxers had the gall to threaten a person's privacy and safety just to bootlick a souless media corporation.


There have been multiple studies showing how piracy doesn't hurt the sales of official media. In fact it's helpful in drumming up interest as it allows the work to be seen by more people who'd be willing to spend money on it, free marketing and all. People had just been brainwashed by the propaganda of "lost profits" that only affects corporate millionares owning the publishing companies who are addicted to seeing the number go up, and not the authors themselves.


Sciencey were always upfront about promoting the author's services whenever they can. This is a misguided move that harms the community they were ostensibly trying to help, which ANYONE could've told these doxxers had they just been an active member of it rather than turning to meaningless vigilanteism and power plays.
