It just seems like the only ones who did anything or developed a little were the fuckboi and Sakura; everyone else just froze for a month and didn't do anything.
I want to say Sakura actually developed in being able to make her own decisions and go against fucboi. Meanwhile fucboi here in this chapter is just shown reflecting and confiding in blonde, but I don't think he'll get any development in the final chapter that'll make him be able to stand by Sakura through what she's doing.

Wouldn't credit fucboi too much here, he's more admitting defeat while blonde trying to tell him what he has to do.

blonde was very annoying to glaze fucboi while bro is trying to reflect a bit, but I think he'll lose Sakura in the end as the bare minimum of a "punishment" imo.

2 words: FAWKING PEN
or maybe he was thinking.
just because he loses Sakura doesn't mean she's going back to shinobu.
the pen was more than enough to end their relationship.

I won't be surprised if you end up correct with your point on the pen, I just think there's the tiniest degree of uncertainty as usual, and it's KA so we can't expect normal writing.

Agreed that fucboi might be thinking, but Sakura ditching out on fucboi because they can't see eye to eye is already a big win to me and I'd settle for some cheap years time skip epilogue like Soredemo atp.

I can't believe this needs to be said in 2026. The world has gone mad to not be able to distinguish fiction from reality :aquadrink: back in 2000 people understood fiction is fictionand that's that what went wrong :nyoron:
The problem is many people are actually like this IRL. Maybe not as prolific as portrayed as in fiction, but they're still out there. Sometimes even more extreme. "Truth is stranger than fiction" is a famous quote for a reason.

I thought what that fuckboi told Sakura about the gravure would be enough to end their relationship, but now? I have no idea. Seeing the fuckboi is acknowledging his mistakes and hearing those last words the blondie says to him, I think for KA, that’s enough of development for the fuckboi and Sakura to end up together

considering that she didn't talk to him at all during the time skip and didn't even look at him on the set, it's safe to say things are over.

From her pov, why should she even chase after someone who is, in her eyes, still hung up on his ex after months?

Understand your point, the month time skip was very weird, however in the end whether they talked more about it or not Sakura still ended taking the offer. I think it a bit premature to assume fucboi and Sakura will stay together until we see the next interaction between them following all of this, because since the major time skip in 131 none of the fucboi Sakura interactions could be really considered a positive for what should be a growing relationship.

Any idea that's unnecessary except for satisfying the author's own desires doesn't need to be included, especially when the next chapter is the finale. She already got to indulge those desires in Chapters 128–129 anyway.

That's why I've been posting repeatedly asking what exactly Katsura Airi wants from Grapara. It's not just that she doesn't understand what the readers want; she doesn't seem to know which characters she's writing, and she doesn't even seem to remember what she has written before, as if whatever personal desire is driving her has completely blinded her to the story.

Grapara could have ended with Shikura, Shifumi, Shichico, Shiryusei, Shiproducer, Shimio, or even Shi Shadowclones in Chico Lap no Jutsu all along. But Katsura Airi's apparent lack of understanding has pushed the series onto a disastrous path.

You know, after thinking about this a bit more and how you explained things, I'll even drop the degrees of uncertainty and be 100% on board with you, my last question though is that what does Fumi think happens with her doing this lol. They'll magically finish the movie and be along their merry way to never meet again is the gist of it atp I suppose.

The series in finishing up it's "disastrous path" and we will all chime in occasionally around here for the remaining time until it's done.

Fumi did everything she could to make him look at her, idk what she's thinking here because as always we didn't get to see her thoughts. Maybe it is her last desperate attempt to finally get him to look only at her. But I don't believe in a good outcome anymore.

It is what it is. I've already come to terms with the fact that he won't get a good ending.

Even though it's more likely for him to support Fumi than Yuma supporting Sakura, since he already did the same for Sakura. Who knows, maybe this is Yumas karma for stealing away someone else's girlfriend. Because every "bad" guy had to suffer some sort of consequences. Or this is his character development and the roles are reversed this time.
Good egg. Also say no to fucboi development, embrace karma asshole.

I don't see it either, it's not as simple as saying "oh all she did is put on an act for the scene". There was a month time skip, they had plenty of time to talk, she pretended to agree with Shinobu's idea the whole time only to off-script it at the last minute.

No further need to believe in good outcomes, just take it as we see it when 136 drops.

It would only be logical. The director also didn't face consequences immediately.
A dick stab isn't going to be enough, sadly he has the ikemen factor so the bare minimum would be just him losing Sakura. He can rebound with blonde anyway since she thinks he's so cool

I think that's how she can prove that she is better or can be better than Sakura, I still think that what she does is very exaggerated.

I'm not saying you shouldn't believe that things could still end well. for what it's worth I could be completely wrong with my thoughts. After all I'm also only making guesses.
