Like I said. "Makes sense" but doesn't mean it's satisfying. It's clear the two thinking of one another pushed then to do what they did.

The other issue here is how Fuckboi and Fumi are taking it. Similar circumstances. Fuckboi contemplating the relationship as a whole and thinking of what to do. He at least had Blondie give him some advice.

Fumi however had no one to talk to. Help her decide what she should do. So she acted of her own accord even if good intent was involved.

So I'm just baffled about it all. Would have much preferred this chapter being a build up of the main leads meeting.

Everyone would've preferred that, even just a cliffhanger would've worked much better than this.

Don’t need the main leads meeting when shinobu is supposed to get a bad end

The already projected to be "low" sales of this final volume will then approach rock bottom in the event of a Shinobu bad end, there are some really clear moves they can make here for a decent ending, only obstacle is likely to be KA's pride.

It still is possible, KA could just be playing with the order of events. Though admittedly my vibe and bias is leaning towards ShiKura until we see the next fucboiXSakura interaction ofc.

Shinobu deserves better and many are hoping he get's the ending he deserves and wants.

Well, we give our opinions and I think there's no one here who 100% understands what Airi wants to tell hahahahaha and many times we can end up overanalyzing things (slippers 134 and drawings 135).

If I had to give my opinion, Shinobu will definitely have a "happy" ending. I think he will end up with either Sakura or Fumi, I find it very hard to believe he will end up alone. If I had to bet, I would say he will end up with Sakura.

Given that chapter 134 reveals Sakura still loves Shinobu and chapter 135 shows Shinobu still loves Sakura.

Combine with the falling-out of both cucboy and Fumi, it logically suggests Sakura should end up with Shinobu as you predicted.

...But if the author is Airi Katsura (sensei) who is insane (mentally ill), anything could happen.

For instance, Sakura could get killed by the cucboy with jealousy. Upon hearing the news, Shinobu who feel bad for having entrusted her to him, kill the cucboy and then take his own life!

We all rationally think about the normal ending but AK (sensei) irrationally create the insane ending for us. LOL

I know KA is illogical but I want to pick your brain a bit regarding fucboi, do you think he'll have a magical character development level turnaround from 134 where he can accept Sakura doing what she wants to do? It's not like she'll always be doing sex scenes because it is just the first time with this offer, but maybe once is already too much for fucboi...

IMHO, if Kodansha won't revise chapter 129, people don't want to buy it because volume 14 includes all bad things, raping, NTR, bad mouthing about Shinobu and lately promoting rape by the blond's encouragement to cucboy that it's cool raping Sakura because it means he loves her so much !!! This misleadings make many people sicked. Airi Katsura (sensei) is the enemy of the society.

This for some reason makes me feel worse about the ending we get but I won't dwell on this too much.

The blonde's appearance here in this chapter was truly unnecessary. It was a bit surprising that fucboi himself admits to feeling he forced their relationship a bit too quickly but then having blonde praise him for it was disgusting to read. People around here don't like the "r" word but I'm curious how JP readers feel about that conversation between fucboi and blonde.

The more likely variation though is both ending the story single and reuniting in some years long time skip as on open ending type because KA wants to do a similar ending to Soredemo (author of that is KA's former assistant I believe).
