Anyway I feel like we are heading towards a huge climax which will lead into an even crazier arc, unless the artist/author suddenly dies, get bored of this, or it gets canceled I see this as barely seeing the halfway point

We're at the endgame now
(I'm gonna be fucking devastated when this manga ends...)
Nah, too much stuff still needs to be done, like he has no idea how to do most of the stuff he said he was going to do yet, except for marrying his slaves, that's it

Everybody focusing on the part where Mikagami declared he would be marrying everybody (Sorry, Musashi :haa: these k-hoes-noichis ain't loyal !!) while I feel like I'm the only one who's more impressed by the fact that the possibility to return to Japan is now an option !!

I mean, how many Isekais actually gave their protagonists the option of going back home !?
The only ones I can think of right now are Zero no Tsukaima and Digimon... (YES, Digimon was by definition an Isekai series before the genre was even codified lol)

In a different way, but I think Vision of Escaflowne has the person to home.

In ā€œIdeal Sponger Lifeā€ he was able to go back once (it’s more detailed in the light novel) but was told it would be decades before the stars aligned to allow him to do it again.

In ā€œTales of Wedding Ringsā€ he takes all of his wives back to Japan at least twice, with each visit being pretty long (they attend school and everything).

In ā€Welcome to Japan, Miss Elfā€ he switches worlds whenever he falls asleep and anyone who he’s touching at the time transfers with him.

Edit: wait he trusts the ninja girl now? When did this development happen
Apparently, Men (especially young) have a natural tendency to develop trust with the women they have sex multiple times.
There is also the common notion that, sex loosens the mouth of a Man, aka., if you want to learn some secret about a Man, just let a woman bang him and develop trust with him, and he would open-up like a leaking pipe.

Pretty common in the older ones based off the original concept of portal story. Mashin Hero Wataru, Aura Battler Dunbine, and Magic Knight Rayearth for example, it’s even a major goal or plot point(heck it’s major trouble in Dunbine when they accidentally open the path). It being a one way path is a more modern thing.

But there's no point to the marriages in this case, is there? It's supposed to function as a legal compensatory protection for the woman if anything happens to the man or they break up because in the past this would be catastrophic for the woman since they used to be unable to support themselves in the past (not to mention the social damage, which could be life ruining), but here they're not only slaves who likely have no such protections to begin with, but the man in question could not have an estate worth anything divided up by so many women to begin with

So like,

why
