Yea it always ends up that way, there are very few people who will care to wait even a few hours for a different group, especially if they're reading for the tits.

not really, I liked the series back then and at one point finished and forgot it, then I saw the update in my news tab and decided to just do the rest before it once again takes another 10 months.

That's fair, like I said I generally don't mind sniping. If this series was the only one that could push you to scanalation then cool, it will always look iffy to pick up a series hours to days after someone starts on it. Even when you're the group they originally scanned it. Best of luck.

Hey, I just wanted to apologize if I came off as rude or intimidating, or like I thought I was better than you, because I definitely am not. It wasn't my intention to trash-talk you or put down your work.

I just got a little caught up in the moment when I saw someone else translating the same manga that I spend hours working on, especially knowing you might be able to finish a chapter in less time than me. But that's just the reality of scanlation, and I have to accept that.

I'll just work at my own pace, and if people end up reading your version instead of mine, then that's just how it is. Complaining about it won't change anything, and there are plenty of other manga I can work on too, so it's really not that big of a deal.

So once again, sorry if I came across the wrong way.

all good mate, I also didn't notice until later that you planned to release the following chapters through the next days, so sorry if I came across as a jackass sniping the series, that wasn't my intention.
I can promise you, if I ever happen to do some translation again (which I doubt since it takes a lot of time I don't really have), I will first check thoroughly if there already is someone dedicated to that series.

Last chapter has a few trivia / world building pages after the story is over.
I am not there yet, but until then you can assume that it is a joke (since there really is no explanation) and the phrase "maybe I ate something weird" is a direct translation and a Japanese cop out.
It works quite well though considering what happened between Dino and Kate.
