As a broken record, to me it's simply a sign of her admitting defeat when it comes to taming Sakura. Acknowledging that there's really nothing stopping her.

I get the feeling of her basically telling fuckboi "if you wanna be with her, you'll have to endure what she does. It's her way or no way."

That is likely what the conversation mean but i think that will be the reason to them break up.

He definitely lost in being unable to control Sakura probably for the first time in the story here, you bring up an interesting idea with the potential fucboixblonde but I never really got that vibe from them so it'd be a bit forced here to have blonde ntr fucboi from Sakura, at most I could see is a twist revealing them as sex friends and Sakura maybe catches them in the act, but I don't think they'll bother with pages for that.
