…I am about to read over 200 pages worth of grapara chapter one hundred and thirty five discussion now…I have been putting it off…simply because it has gotten soooooo…monotonous and…..……booooooriiiiing…everything is the same now…nothing has had any good writing…WHEN WILL THIS BITCH FINALLY DISCOVER THAT SHE IS A BAD PERSON!!!???

Fumi is out of commission it would seem, and if it's Shinobu's call, even if they do meet it will take a lot more to get that information out of him because he knows it'll do nothing but hurt Sakura, jfc Airi-sensei what have you done. Might be possible depending on the circumstances of their meeting and how emotionally unhinged each of them become but I can't really picture that situation.

At the same time though if Sakura never learns or suffers any type of consequence (being unhappy with fucboi barely counts), she will remain easily the most hated character in the manga right next to fucboi so it's a strange way to end.

I believe he was talking about fucboi potentially losing Sakura as his only real consequence, while a Shinobu Sakura reunion would have to be purely by chance because there's still 0 indication of it happening.
