We don't know exactly what Sakura told the two but it probably just stopped at Shinobu cheating when she saw the kiss or else they would've asked her why she ran away instead of talking with Shinobu if she explained the later events. As for the whole one-time thing it's just a proposed solution to one of the many problems with the story for now not @SS-2010 making a definitive declaration.

People still think differently but many people especially Japanese readers now think it's just a one-time sex like Nagi and Mio did.
IMHO, Airi Katsura (sensei) might ask Keishi Nishikida sensei to draw clear drawings of Sakura x cucboy but KN sensei intended to draw those panels without their eyes to allow for plot twists and turns (they could say it's Shinobu's imagination).
As a result, many Japanese comments (you can still read them) believe it's just a one-time sex and Sakura didn't officially going out with cucboy (she didn't reply to his confession, she just went with the flow the same as Shinobu didn't reply to Fumi's confession, he just had sex as she asked once). We couldn't claim Shinobu stayed over night at Fumi's room to have sex, he may be there because it's close to the producer's meeting place.
I think chapter 132-134 successfully convinced many readers including me already that both Sakura and Shinobu had one-time sex with cucboy and Fumi.
Good bet is fumi shionbu or sakura again. Also 17 hours.
Thanks to shinobu naivety in navigating relationship, sakura made the decision that she need to get out of her shell and do whatever necessary for herself to ensure the trajectory of her career path. Sakura sacrificed the love she had with shinobu because she felt she will always be a weight to shinobu that holding his ability to move forward chasing his own dream.
While for shinobu, just before the sudden break up messages. his mind is still wandering of which path he must choose for the future. Thanks to both sakura and fumi, they made him certain the future as a movie director is what is his true love lies.
To cut things short, shinobu with fumi around now has better chance for shinobu career future. If the movie become commercially successful, shinobu can use the momentum to bargain with the producers for more opportunities and fundings for his future projects. shinobu needs to talk with fumi and find a mutual resolve as a director and actress even if they are not going to be in romantic relationship.
As for sakura, i dont really care if she will stay with yuma or not, even if she does, her career path might find her in a course collision with shinobu and fumi in the future. By then, they can choose to talk about it, or be indifference to each other. sakura may display some guilt about it though shinobu may already feel nothing at all. Her acting is all that matters for shinobu by then.
For shinobu to gain success in the future is more important than to win sakura or fumi romantic feelings. He will never run out supply of actresses to work with professionally and physically in that kind of future.

I don't agree with the last part, I don't think she convinced the readers about the relationship between the fuckboi/Sakura and the Shifumi,there's no argument to say it was just a one-night thing, there are only assumptions
It's just that, seriously, I find it hard to believe that Sakura could reject the fuckboi when she couldn't do it on two occasions, it seems very incoherent to me.

For the sake of argument though, what will make some people doubt is Sakura showing up at fucboi's place at night to discuss the offer in ch.134, however she does then leave afterwards and runs into Mio who takes her on a joyride I suppose since there's no real follow up to that. The more recent one now is blonde showing up and asking fucboi if they're getting along well, which COULD support them dating but not definitively, and then towards the end of the conversation blonde says "It's tough you know? Going out with an actress". The reddit TL instead of "going out" uses "being with" do note.
KA has shown us over and over and over and over again that she can't do clever setups, cues or hints in the manga. There is simply no information on whether it was 1 time or 100 times. Nada. Didn't I wrote this post before several times like a month ago?...
I don't think she had just shown up but was getting ready to leave while talking to him.

It's just that why would they show the fuckboi worried about Sakura if they are nothing? It wouldn't make sense, why would the fuckboi care about Sakura if they don't have any kind of relationship? I find it very incoherent that it was just a one-night thing.

At this point the scene showed so little, just enough to get us yapping about it. If they're living together and fucboi still failed to convince her after whole month then that makes it more pathetic I guess
