It is bittersweet because even if we didn't get the resolution to the misunderstanding we wanted. The two did achieve their dreams.

Shinobu is a successful director.

The bittersweet part is because despite all the shitshow that is 130-135 (save for Fumi sex), the two have finally reunited in their dream careers.

A character getting back together with an evil person and ruining all the characters is not a sweet ending in any way shape or form. Ruining an entire story in like 7 chapters isnt sweet at all. Just skipping over everything and times skipping to force an ending wasn't sweet.

This is about as frustrating as an ending could have possibly been.

This chapter is screaming for an epilogue+ but with vol 14 there are dastardly options on the table.

I think is pretty implied that they will be back together.They just let this ending open to readers interpretation.

Shinobu's producer just shows Sakura's picture to him as his first choice, as if they haven't seen each other in years then we get to sex scene. It ends with him being the only one capable of showing her real appeal (let it be gravure, films or just porn).
The manga is leaving enough breadcrumbs that you can headcanon they're together but at the same time leaving it at that (they are still not together).
