Honestly it would have to come down to a possible epilogue or the bonus chapter to really clarify things. Right now they're just doing their jobs.

If it shows them talking after all of this then maybe it would shed some light.

I'm not saying this ending isn't bad, by all means it is lol I guess I'm just taking it differently from everyone else.

It's only a bittersweet ending if you have stockholders syndrome on that maybe(?) Ship because there is literally NOTHING stopping a similar incident from happening again since if anything, Sakura gained from all this and the "realization" moment was just a little shock.

Its only bittersweet for people that wanted to see Sakura and Shinobu together. Which makes no sense whatsoever because the only reason to want that js because "I like Sakura" and the only reason to like Sakura is "Because shes the FMC". This ending is literally the worst ending I've ever read and makes me seriously want to re examine if I should still be reading Manga at all anymore.

Same, he made his rise because of Fumi and became known for his sex scenes but started pulling away from that until the producer approached him with that proposal and this reunites him with Sakura. He only react this way because it's her.

If the epilogue doesn't have some sort of scene with Sakura explaining or showing that she's not the same "pliable upon orgasm" girl that she was 30 some-odd chapters ago, I'll doubt any sort of validity their relationship has if they do, in fact, get back together.
Otherwise we'll be back to chapter 102 all over again, only it'll be right in front of Shinobu's face.

The reddit translation is rough but it kinda makes his reasoning clear. He's taking the camera because he's the only one that can make her truly shine. So that's what he's doing by personally recording the scene himself. Granted he looks pained likely because it does bother him but he's going through it because he is supporting her.

Despite everything he's still supporting her. Plus being in the film industry, you could call any actor a "cuck" if their partners do intimate scenes in films. It's just accepted cause it's part of the job. Granted these kind of films really go above and beyond in their intimate scenes but you can still apply that thought process.

Timeskip
Fumi comes clean after things between her and Shinobu didn't work out (what a shocker)
Sakura is the actress in a new film that Shinobu is involved in
Sakura is no longer with fuckboi and is wearing Shinobu's necklace
Final scene is Shinobu and Sakura handholding while they smile at eachother.

It's a pretty expected KA ending all things considered, the main takeaway being that whether Shinobu is a cuck or not, him and Sakura are on good terms again supporting each other.
