She and Shinobu both had a glow up post time skip honestly when it comes to the physical aspects.

...Fumi still got the better body though.

The gag chapter may not be a gag at all. If it's not a Sakura and Shinobu reunion sex scene it could very well just be her giving her virginity to Ryusei. It's a time skip right so they could very well have become a couple by this point.

It's been teased throughout the story.
