Surprisingly I'm ok with this ending did it make me happy NO but I'm ok with it fuckboi lost he couldn't do what shionbu could for sakura blonde is out of the picture. Fumi is doing ok shinobu knew he couldn't accept her feelings and chose to part ways with her but it seems they did work together for a time. Best of all shionbu became a success I think the worst ending that was predicted was shionbu going back to being a store clerk again while Sakura lived in bliss with fuckboi. Fortunately that did not happen.

We take our monkey's paw victories, but man didn't even get the slightest bit of drama oomf.

In this chapter, near the end we see him trying to move away from doing erotic scenes. Hence the quote of them finally stopping in calling him that. Yet when he saw the actress suggested for the movie.. he accepted.

Because he wants to make Sakura shine. All throughout the manga he's been trying to do what he can to put Sakura on top as the manager. But as a director? In this moment. No one understands Sakura like he does. So no one can make her shine like he can.

It comes off as more passion than anything. Even if the two still have feelings for each other. Sakura is smiling because of the hand holding "improv". Not because of the sex itself. I guess that's just how I see it.

the intention was very clear though?
depict a sex scene as close as real sex (was it real? who knows!), while shinobu has a weird hard on for filming his muse.

Fumi actually ended up being similar to Akaneya from KZ in the end, the difference is that she at least got more of a chance (and didn't get raped).

Thinking about it, Shinobu was reaching the limit of what he could do for Sakura so it almost necessitated them temporarily going separate ways if we ignore all the plot holes and pacing. Through fucboi Sakura got into a big agency to open up her acting career, and Shinobu through Fumi was able to find his way into become a successful director.
