I thought he didn't start getting bullied until highschool. While the son had been voluntary target since they were kids. So now Okaya switched to Yuda and broke his promise(?) because he was salty about being beaten in academics

Or so Yuda is saying. And the fact that he's saying this does not mean that it is true, or even that Yuda believes it to be true. It's possible that he's saying things just to make Okaya angry and sloppy. ("The idiot thinks that is what this is about?!")
