If she had more magic than anyone else, she wouldn't be killed first, and if she was killed first, that means she had no magic and there was no need to kill her... Throwing out my own wild speculation to fill in the gaps left by Claudia dispelling the item, is that the curse is able to work within some sort of pre-defined area of effect; which must be somewhat substantial if it was employed on battlefields of the past. When cast, the curse then systematically goes person, starting from the initial target, and spreading outwards. I would imagine in the past that was done at a distance, but in this particular case, Emilia essentially fired it point blank, thus she became the first victim.

Claudia was concerned that all of the other children present at the party would also be affected, despite that it appeared to just be the three of them in that particular area, then as you said, the curse would likely have continued on even after Emilia had been killed by it.

I guess advice I will give is have an engaging and proactive personality during interviews (even if is an act) that kind of did half of the job for me when it came to my interviews. Assure you that there is more personality hires out there that later on gain more experience on thebjob.

It's going to take a while to get the correction. Not because I can't or I'm lazy, but because the Internet where I rent is really a damn shit.

Who knows what happens to Mangadex, but when I update something, it gets silly and scrambles everything. That's why, when I made corrections I used to just delete everything and upload it again.

Before I had no problems, because my Internet was 40mb up and down. But the one where I am, I am lucky that it reaches 200kbps 🫠 (and my mobile data doesn't help that much).
