It's the new processor regime. They are causing massive crackdowns in Japan. Our tiny little black lines have been reverted to black letter law of whole page censorship. The irony is that at the same time, cutting people in half, blood, and gore is totally fine. That said, I wasn't expecting a rape scene. That was a tad triggering.
