I think the "humans kinda suck and I don't want them here" is the new faction, getting stronger demons is part of Baal objectives (mostly by going back to origins), so the experimentation isn't that unexpected from the antagonist faction (as Knightwalker is with Amy there)So right now we have the "humans are kinda cool" protagonist Iruma's faction (hopefully), the "humans kinda suck I don't want them here" antagonist faction, and now we have the "we will ascend past demons with the biology of human (experimentation)) antagonist faction.
I do think a big climax in the future will have a civil war in our hands, and a lot more chaotic than just 2 factions wanting Iruma around or not. It's crazy to imagine the potential the series has that Nishi-sensei hasn't shown us yet.
True, but it's hard to actually hate the guy. He's a bastard, sure, but a magnificent one. Kiriwo is a decent hate sink, but I have a feeling he's gonna get hit with friendship no jutsu somewhere down the line. Narnia was just perfect in that regard, a random bigot with shaky reasoning and removed enough from Iruma to be free of his influence. Oh well, let him have his redemption I guess.baal's ugly scheming ass is right there![]()
Right, yeah. I'd say in-story "Humans suck" and "Humans are the future of the demon race" happened about the same time since the earliest known encounter with humans is with Merize, so we know Knightwalker was already active at that time, but also the natural wariness of the demons against the unknown qualities of humans.I think the "humans kinda suck and I don't want them here" is the new faction, getting stronger demons is part of Baal objectives (mostly by going back to origins), so the experimentation isn't that unexpected from the antagonist faction (as Knightwalker is with Amy there)
I doubt the civil war kinda stuff, or well it will be made to stopped with a big show by Iruma (probably), as one of the feats of Delkira was stopping a big war by just passing by.
Yes he is the trope "Even evil got standards.". He wants Iruma out and he doesn't mind Baal being the king over the Hell.him not being a bad guy doesn't necessarily mean he's a good guy.
now that would be cool twist if it's like that, it would explain why his magic is so low and not knowing what is his summoned beast could give us a big surprise having a demon to summonDon't tell me Amy Kiriwo is a demon who was born in Sanzu and adopted into the Kiriwo clan.
That's not why he's objecting. The following pages make it pretty clear that he's disgusted by the idea of mixing humans and demons. This is still him being racist, but that racism views experiments to create hybrids as an insult, even if no actual morality is coming into play.Yes he is the trope "Even evil got standards.". but experiments on living beings is a no no for him.
it will be interessing what will happen to him because he did put himself between two factions. he ain't going to live it down.
Unlikely, seeing how he has a brother with the same clan abilities. But you might be on to something here in general. The labels on the three vats are skull, spider and a wisp of smoke - the spider's obviously Atori, could the other two be Maemaro and Wett? In that case Soi's missing older brother might not be their accomplice, but perhaps their victim. Plus it would neatly explain the Fingers' objectives, they were literally bred to uproot the whole of demon society.Don't tell me Amy Kiriwo is a demon who was born in Sanzu and adopted into the Kiriwo clan.
