Uh... Hmm. Calories usually. As for what food exactly, it can vary wildly. A can of beans is nice, usually with cheese and salsa. Pizza rolls are nice sometimes too, but sometimes I eat an entire container of oreos. Yesterday afternoon I ate chicken strip, two pop tarts, and some mixed fruit.
