If I think it's all just bait, I'm 70% sure she didn't sleep with any man in that hotel. However, I'm pretty sure she probably has a fetish she's ashamed of and doesn't want the MC to know about. The truth is, that secret and that fetish could be anything, but I think it'll be related to the plot. She likes to masturbate, and maybe her fetish is that she enjoys being watched and watching someone else masturbate, but without sex.

Early on, the author misled us into thinking the FMC brought a man over and making loud noise. However, when the MC confronted her about having her boyfriend over and disturbing him, she confessed that she had actually been watching porn and masturbating (chapter 15.2)!

She then promised to reveal 10 secrets to prove that the MC won't hate her after knowing them (chapter 16.1), but this point was dropped or postponed and replaced instead by the introduction of another love rival (gyaru girl).

Currently, it's a mystery of meeting a man from dating app at a love hotel that she claims it's her 2nd time doing since the first time was with the MC in chapter 11 (HBD chapter) that they almost crossed the line. LOL

The latest chapter 25.2, the MC confronted her again. IMHO, if the author is not so cruel to readers, the FMC won't let the MC help her as he wants (because he's the cause of the problem as he's her masturbation material for a long time. LOL) but she'll confess again and readers will be free from another mystery! LOL It is highly likely will be the masturbation while watching each other as @Jhon1617 guessed.

Again, I believe we can trust and enjoy A Quirky Girl is Inviting Me to Bed (Kuse Tsuyo Kanojo wa Toko ni Izanau) because it's a true rom-com, not a fake rom-com like Grapara. More importantly, the author is not Airi Katsura (sensei), the enemy of rom-com readers. LOL

AK (sensei) is not the queen of NTR but the queen of ROM-COM FRAUD. LOL

People who love justice will surely like it although the villains were a little bit too easily outwitted, it echoes the same point as Jinsei Gyakuten that an arrogant and boastful youngster will inevitably lose to a highly experienced adult who doesn't wear their competence on their sleeve.

Sensei and Endo outsmart the soccer fucboy in Jinsei Gyakuten. In fact, the Endo whom @Cross-21- has a crush on LOL, is a senior to the MC but repeat a year and thus has more experiences than the MC.

The lesson is, don't mess up with "sensei." LOL

Again, rom-com manga doesn't require the kind of deep thinking as psychological manga because doing so would kill the humor. (The genre is "romantic comedy" after all, so it’s meant to be funny, not tragic like Grapara.)

Grapara confuses people about the rom-com genre, making them think it can just be any nonsensical mess that ignores established tags or conventions!

Airi Katsura (sensei) is the enemy of romcom readers. LOL

Please don't get swept up in the chaotic world created by AK (Sensei), a world where the rules are haphazard, immoral, and illogical! Please come back to face reality that a proper rom-com manga is one thing but Grapara is a rom-com fraud, it isn't a real rom-com. LOL
