If I think it's all just bait, I'm 70% sure she didn't sleep with any man in that hotel. However, I'm pretty sure she probably has a fetish she's ashamed of and doesn't want the MC to know about. The truth is, that secret and that fetish could be anything, but I think it'll be related to the plot. You could depict a FMC having sex with her boyfriend while your MC is sad for months over a break up and they will tell you that she's not actually dating that ikeman. They will also believe that an actress that only films sex scenes is somehow successful and not the closet thing you can do to turn your FMC into an av actress in a ROMcom.

The open ending that Airi made is to make us discuss all the theories and possibilities on what is going to happen next.And that is the fun part of the discussions.
