I have no idea. The FMC says it's something she doesn't want the MC to know about her. My theory is that she likes scissor sex with other women, or that a woman is blackmailing her into doing it, or maybe she's a rental girlfriend.
Why does the MC confront her when he gets home. First, because she smells like alcohol. Then he tells her he saw her on a dating app going into a hotel and asks if she has a lover, which the FMC vehemently denies, saying it's something she can't tell him because she doesn't want to disappoint him. Finally, it seems like the MC is going to confess, and judging by the final message on the last page, they're finally going to have sex.
Well the guy who puts up the summary said the mc says he knows she was with another guy and she admits it? The in-between is something about her satisfying an urge so she doesn't do it with the mc so he doesn't leave her alone or some shit. Anywho see you in October for the next chapter of quirky girl good fucking god that is a long time to wait!

I think there's a trick to the dialogue. The female lead says, "LATELY I NEEDED TO UNWIND A LITTLE!........ THAT'S WHY I JUST... WANTED TO SEE HER JUST ONCE!" That could mean many things, since when there's a knock at the hotel room door, she opens it with a serious expression, so I don't necessarily think it was anything sexual. The author is playing with the dialogue.
Isn't the Japanese word for male and female interchangeable really can cause a lot in of confusion when machine using machine translation.

I only watch the raws, so you might be right, but what if the fmc is into some voyeuristic thing? I think that's the only solution I see that doesn't involve something sexual hahahaha

The actual Japanese dialogue, actually has no male or female gender indicators inside it, it is a completely contextual dialogue that machine translation can't catch.

So she was with a guy in the hotel room that is confirmed? Radon hasn't been active in the discord server in some time now he said he was going to continue translating quirky girl but it's been radio silence for awhile now.
