I'm 99% certain. The title is "if the wig hadn't gotten loose" in reference to chapter 73 where the producer was SA her and only stopped/ran away because his wig and mustache got loose. This is basically what would happen if it didn't. More obvious by the fact that childhood friend is clearly still inexperienced in main story. Unless I'm mistaken?
Still though a crazy bonus chapter lmao. I predicted this would be the childhood friend fate at the end of the manga or in a random volume bonus chapter and funny enough it already was(in a dream albeit). I think this still the author plan with her and it'll happen eventually or as a spinoff doujin after the series ends.
