Honestly, one of my favorite parts of this manga was handwaving all the fantasy bullshit to great comedic effect. Beating the shit out of Lavos the Will of Mana while ignoring it trying to give its evil speech because they're arguing that kiss doesn't count, Dwao in general but also loved him being the only other person able to understand the four idiots' mono(quadro?)logue that had even the WoM genuinely confused, the various heroes being in agreement that cool powers are cooler when unexplained... Excellent comedic timing the whole way through. I'll miss it. While waiting patiently for the prequel work to get translated, and see if the author has a new one after.
