I think the obvious thought was the father calling the butler to tell him something about the marriage candidate (that he's going to the house or something idk)

I just think there's going to be drama because I assume it's her father, and he may not be so pleased that some random boy is so close to his daughter and even took her first kiss. That people are leaping to a forced marriage plot off just a caller ID is baffling unless there's some reason for it I don't know.
