Her biggest danger right now is getting too caught up in the image that the fans have of her and losing sight of herself.
The way I see it, the fans are seeing Mimi for what she really is. She does have the aura they see in her. She just never believed it herself because of her past experiences.
For Mimi to reach a middle ground where she can look at herself properly, she basically has to be humbled.
This implies that Mimi's losing sight of herself, but we don't know that yet. Even if what she's doing seem shocking, it's a reflection of her true talent. She always had the potential to be a star that can charm the people around her. Now she's consciously making use of that talent, which is not a bad thing per se.
In any case, it's still too early to claim this is a problem. So far, all I see is Mimi unlocking her self-imposed limiters. Nothing so far has made me think she's losing sight of herself or her friends. That still could happen but it's too early to tell.
