To be fair, she has that nickname because her fiancees keep dying.
I'm sure there's people with suspicions, but as far as anyone's able to confirm publicly it's just a streak of really bad luck, and even people that assume her fiancees are all being assassinated would probably assume it's a spy or some other tag-along doing the actual killing. A moron would never be able to logically claim that she's personally doing most of the dirty work.
