I get why this panel wasn't translated (because that seems like cleaning hell) but her excitement here is lost without translation. Considering their relationship, context didn't help.
「何を言ってもいい同性」 Roughly translates to "Fellow woman I can talk anything with". She's not close to Yoshino and she doesn't really need to keep up the relationship with her, so Suzuhara thinks that she can be as unfiltered as she wants to be when talking to Yoshino even if it might blemish her own image or might make Yoshino hate her.

... Now that I think about it, even this panel alone tells so much about the dynamics of their relationship and how relationships between japanese women works in general
