Say that again…I honestly thought this would end with the personalities merging. Instead it was a pseudo harem.
Would be great if he made a spin-off of their adult lifePacing feels a bit like an axe, but maybe the author just didn't have much to add? It's a complete story at least, and I enjoyed it. Thanks!
Rom-coms always struggle with how to progress and end. Some will build out the world of through developing side characters. Some will make such a compelling main couple that you can just keep putting them in any situation and developing them individually as well as as a couple. Most will stop when they start dating or reach some sort of milestone. For the high school couples it's usually graduation (if they start the series dating). In this case it either resolving the gimmick that made it hard to progress or turning it into a bonus (which the latter happened). It makes for a short series, but still a solid ending. Actually having a relationship where everytime your partner gets happy you start hanging out with someone you can't do anything romantic or sexual with because it'd be cheating is kinda impossible. So we resolved the main conflict to their relationship and can imagine how moving forward they'd grow a much deeper relationship as a result.Pacing feels a bit like an axe, but maybe the author just didn't have much to add? I bought the complete raws of thisAnd that's a wrap. If you like my work and want me to work on other series that hasn't been worked on, you can hit me up on discord (no server, too lazy for that) or my group's comments page. If I have the time and interest I might pick that up. Anyway, that's all from me and don't forget that there's an extra chapter after this!
