Thanks for the translation! This manga is kinda cool, but the fact chapters are relatively small AND cut in half really does suck for its popularity

Hopefully it's not just 1 massive AoE healing circle and call it done :/
He used a masive AoE heal before he ran off as a stop gap measure.

Everyone here is rotting away by the same thing that Telnerica had. It won't be a simple in and out.

No matter how strong they are, they're not omnipotent and they have limits. The entire world has about 9000. Their own country only has about a few dozen. Can a few dozen people be all around the country at all times? Nope. There will always be more problems than adepti. Not to mention, we don't know if these adepti are good people or not. Adepti doesn't mean they're good natured or good people. See how the MC was enticed by the trainer with having a slave harem forced to love through love potions? The government themselves are not moral people, at the very least, they're willing to delve into immorality and more evil acts to gain more adepti. So we don't know if most adepti are even good natured people willing to help people. Not to mention, we see their discussions about how much adepti would charge. That would mean a lot of disasters would be extremely expensive to deal with, something many villages or settlements may not have. Furthermore, as I said before, adepti are still people. They can die and they have their own limits on what they're capable of. They also specialize in one area, so an adepti great at elemental magic would not be able to do much about the curse we see here, that's something someone only specialized in life magic could deal with. So depending on their specialization, there's not much they'd be able to do.

Adding to this, the fantasy world is apparently HUGE. It's so big in fact, that part of the reason they keep summoning people from Earth is that they've learned about the concepts of trains/airplanes/transportation and are hoping they'll finally summon somebody who has workable knowledge to build and implement them. The continents are big enough that it's a logistic nightmare to manage them, especially since they're stuck in a forever war with monsters, demons and evil gods. Sure, this fantasy land has warp gates but not every location has them. And then you include the limited number of adepts which just can't cover every hot spot of trouble.

It really hammers that offering a slave harem to this neurotic schmoe is a very very small price to pay.
