As @monkey123 stated, ch. 5 already exists. It's not by Queen of the Opera Project, though, so you'll need to go read it on another site until the usual four years are up and they can just post it anyways; it was done by an entirely unknown group, AFAIK, since there's no tells or credits pages for who did it, and it's over a year old at this point.

This is an odd dungeon core tbh. He doesn't really spawn monsters, doesn't actually control the dungeon actively, the monsters follow him more like they feel like it, etc.
