My guy if he sold you enough for the whole empire to no longer be in a deficit how much do you think he's got access to for his own use. To say he is Rich is an understatement he could likely financially outlast the empire's sanctions without issue they'll run out before he does.

It has been implied that he did the deed when he first got her ordered and made to his specifications. Otherwise basically it was implied anytime was possible between her arrival and before his first schooling.
Keep in mind, the attitude towards people having sex-bots/fully sentient machine in this universe is antipathy and/or ridicule of the person in general and neutral at best (really, nobody should care). In short, having sex-play with a robot doesn't count and Liam will remain a "virgin" for a quite a while longer in the story. And yes, there will be more ladies introduced, but all of them will have their flaw(s) and/or simply not sexually appealing to Liam.

Sounds like The Guide is about to help Liam again. He is plotting to destroy the empire, the empire's top two candidates for emperor are plotting to destroy each other and make an enemy of Liam while cutting off their own supply lines to his rare metals.
Surely the gratitude this time around will be another near fatal dose, if not outright destroy the guide when Liam realizes he spurred outside forces into attack his latest enemies.
