...can I give Hime some candy in exchange for a back massage? My lower back keeps hurting. :qq:
If you don't already, start doing hamstring and hip stretches. A HUUUGE source of back pain is tight hamstrings (not malformed spinal erectors!) due to your lifestyle (basically any life style that you don't stretch a lot).
I recommend elephant walks (20 reps alternating each side, 40 total reps) followed by a supine hamstring stretch with a towel (30 seconds) to hit your hamstrings after you wake up and before you go to bed, then whenever you're sitting down and feel stiff, bend over at the waist and try touching either something at chest level, or the ground, depending on your flexibility (30 seconds).
Maintain these as habits and your back pain will very likely be lessened.

Below is a quick guide with images for reference, spoiler'd so this comment doesn't take too much forum space.
Supine hamstring stretch with towel. You can do this on your bed with any towel, after you wake up and before you go to sleep.

Elephant walks. You can do this before getting into bed or after getting out of bed. I recommend reading a quick guide on how to do these, so you know how to preserve your back and maintain good form. The good thing about the other two stretches is that you don't have to worry about that because the bed or chair supports you.

Seated forward fold. For the beginner and intermediate positions, if you have a lot of back pain, instead reach forward to grab something at chest level. For example, scoot your chair away from your table or desk, and grab it as you bend at the hip to support yourself with your arms (kinda like doing a partial deadhang from a pull-up bar). This doesn't affect back pain too-too much but it's a good habit to have for general flexibility, especially if you sit down a lot.

At this point, we will discover that the whole school is filled with students who were misunderstood by their appearances at some point in their lives... Waiting for the cutesy character that everyone likes and is soft with, but it's a true monster inside that encourages other students to do illicit hand-holding outside the school.

  • The Male MC "ex-delinquent" who simply got into fights over resting glare. He dyed his hair black and wears fake glasses to look less intimidating (but still can pack a helluva punch). Very caring and protective of friends.
  • The smart but clumsy glasses girl. Super kind, but with her glasses off she looks like a classic Mesugaki. She bleached her hair coming into high school for... reasons. (She still breaks her glasses multiple times a day). Gives great massages.
  • The outgoing, sporty gal. Outgoing, but when her bangs cover her face she looks like the gloomiest girl in the room. She has no intention of cutting her hair, so a headband covers her bangs.

and now joining the crew

- The class rep and discplinary committee council member. Straight-laced and hard working in order to shed her past "delinquent" days (of very minor offenses). Got a reputation after once such incident ended with her atop a pile of bodies (that the Male MC stacked, but no one knows that).

quite the cast. Seems like they are foreshadowing the teacher getting chapters as well, but all we know is "tall". 188cm (6'2") lets her tower over pretty much all women and most men. incoming ex-volleyball star?
