Frankly, this chapter feels like author is slowly losing interest in this title, or slowly run out of ideas to make things interesting.
The concept so far is OPM saitama become a vet and brute force going jesus everywhere. Now that the main problem fixed in such anticlimatic way, and next is beach bitch episode, this scream EOS soon.

As far as I'm aware it's on chapter 18 and they release in 3 parts so I've been merging them. Volume 4 likely won't release until chapter 20 is done.

So it is just super slow at updating...
