this is literally almost the same thing as that other series where childhood friends are banned from sex by a 'supernatural being', have a supernatural connection that tests their resilience, and when they break that ban they end up with losing something important (in the other mangas case it is their self control and they lose themselves from an elevated libido, literally fucking all the time rofl)
