@Oryangatan Originally, when Ryukishi wrote it in 2007, this acted as a plot-centered epilogue (as oposed to the chill of Kokoroiyashi) to the 8 original arcs. But at this point, with Gou running and all the ret-con Umineko did to the series, I'm not really sure if it remains canon. Still an interesting reading tho.

I liked how they did the chair scene in this more than the anime. Though the anime did do something right: showing Rika throw the chair at Satoko.
