Well, she did went to school but she had such a social anxiety problem that she was call Everett the Mute. After she created Chantless magic, she apprenticed under Rutherford. She was the only studying under him so she basically spent she whole school life mostly alone. As for the silent casting...
This chapter was great. I like how, despite Theo harming her plans, Karin is upset Theo isn’t part of protection; like she acknowledged his talent.
Oggha jumping to Theo, while calling his name, and Theo catching her is a great reference to how they reunited as trainees back in ch 15
Yup definitely kohkwa. The top panel in chapter 39 page 47 is a great example of the rankings. In the protection office, it seems to go: regular kahkwa, magi kohkwa, kanfa
Another thing, in chapter 38, during the giant spirit attack, Sophie comfort tepel by saying that everything will be okay, which is similar to her husband’s last words to her (it might even be the exact same since it was a different translator who translated ch 38)
I remember in vol 6 extra, Sophie mentioned her husband was an explorer and that he “went on ahead to chart out the area we will all be living in someday”, ouch
This is so peak! Thank you for the translation!
Is it me or goes it sound like Aya is okay with Theo getting multiple wives?
Anyway, I know the translator is going on a break after this chapter. Is there going to be a change in release schedule when you come back?
