I usually leave hand-drawn asides/text outside of speech bubbles intact to show off the mangaka's handwriting (as there's things often lost when redrawn, and that includes the feel of it like you mentioned.) It's a habit of mine. I only remove it when 1) the entire work's text is like so, or...

A little late, but in the TL notes for this chapter, there is a slight error: Tetsuya Chiba's name is misspelled as Tatsuya.

Thank you for the clarification! 😊(I do remember the first chapter being in nishoku, yes.) That makes its situation all the more curious; he didn't have it collected when he was still around, yet he still made corrections... perhaps he already had it all ready for the tankobon, but he decided...

I think the only thing that may be missing in the tankobon is the chapter covers, as this did not get collected until after Tezuka's passing since he wasn't too fond of how things turned out (therefore he didn't redraw or remove anything).

Is there anyone out there who has plans on doing this? Mostly asking because I possess the raw and have it partially cleaned, and was planning on translating it myself. However, if someone else has plans, I don't want to interfere. EDIT: Expect this released in about a week or so. Look forward...

I should note that on the official site where this is hosted, the chapter format has shifted from halves of a larger chapter to smaller, individual chapters (so this is now chapter 5). Curious to see if its simultaneous hosting on pixiv will follow suit with that format.
