A "Happy End" is gonna be quite subjective in this manga, depending on who you're rooting for. Personally, Touko was my favorite character (... until this chapter), but there may be some other people who stan Touko or her mom. And they may not even be happy to see the crazy duo's dreams/wishes...

If you're specifically focusing on the artstyle, then author's other works are a good place to start.
