Adding to what Tsumi said, his only two good works are Zero and arguably Kurokami (if you can stomach the main character, that is). Everything past that is varying degrees of going downhill.

Ch26 isn't the end, but even SQEX didn't bother finishing it's translation I guess. Go grab the volumes if you want to see the rest.

The story was going nowhere fast so I can guess why it got axed. It's just sad that this is the fate of most novel to manga adaptations.
