So glad it worked out well for Kayo and Satomi. Conflicted on the ending, but makes sense for the story.

Wow did not expect that ending tbh.
In all fairness I was looking for office GL manga and didnt read the other tags.
Though it was such a good ending.
The way the tension was built up and it kept twisting and turning.
Such a good read.

I'd honestly be okay with some kind of short sequel one-shot or something. Kind of a where they are years later sort of deal. And how miserable Shirakawa is.

i mean to some extent that was what the last chapter was
it was based in the near future focused on how they are both doing

In the end Kayo broke threw the toxic circle and Juko didn't, spiraling deeper and deeper out of control.

Even though there circumstances wherent the same in the end they both responsible for there lives.

I really would wish for Juko to realize it too.

The ending is perfect, I might've prefered for them to end up together someway but this is just incredible

LMAO How strange. It's pretty confusing with how they interact. I've never been super competitive, so I don’t really "get" the origin of the tension. It's somewhat refreshing though. firey

I'm amazed how some "adults" act so childish. Shirakawa-san needed to relax but has a short fuse, Kuroda kept teasing which didn't help plus getting clients outside of her jurisdiction which put her in a bad position and Sakakibara-san's dirty tactics of stepping on others to reach her top position screwed her over. I'm at least glad that Kuroda-san and Sakakibara-san are working together in an honest business that they are starting and are happy together in the light while I feel sorry for Shirakawa-san who seems sad and lonely as she continues to climb up the corporate ladder at her job stuck in the darkness. Work hard everyone and can we all please get along? 🙂‍↕️
