This isn't correct. Every level 5 or higher knows about the operation. All of the level 5 and ups are in Loki/Ganesha/Freya familias (and Tsubaki) Realistically anyone below level 4 isn't strong enough to fight demi spirits. Freya familia is aware of what is going on, they just aren't helpful.

Yes, it's abandoned (sort of). It was originally completed on a paid Korean site. Then was later posted on Syosetsu. Then the author was banned from the site for unknown reasons and he stopped posting it online. He was banned shortly into Chapter 10 (this manga chapter is the end of chapter 9)...

The original Web Novel had 13 chapters, we are on Chapter 9. I expect this series to end around chapter 90-100.

For all the people complaining about censorship, like @masernaut...the original is censored. That's not the translator's fault, the black bars were added by the artist as an incentive to purchase the volumes.
