Yes, it's abandoned (sort of). It was originally completed on a paid Korean site. Then was later posted on Syosetsu. Then the author was banned from the site for unknown reasons and he stopped posting it online. He was banned shortly into Chapter 10 (this manga chapter is the end of chapter 9). If it follows the Korean version, there are 13 chapters in total. The manga is probably 2/3rds complete.

God I love Yurea when she is a Tsundere but when she almost steps into psycho she becomes really crazy scary.
