It's not your fault the publisher just did a shit job. If you look up the artist Xitter you can find uploads of the manga before he submitted them and they're so much cleaner.

God the publisher for this series really fudged up the quality of the pages they are somewhat better in the magazine iirc. I remember having a bitch fit about it. Probably need to scan a physical copy and do it yourself if you want the original look. Oh yeah I think the artist actually uploaded...
