Orionscans... seriously, they have been spreading like wildfire the past week or 2, and the very same mistakes keep happening in every-single-one of their releases:
Incorrect pronouns
Hit or miss translations in every speech bubble
Bad typesetting that cuts off sentences form one bubble to the...
The skip is quite hefty, but considering the LN is already finished, I guess it's somewhat fine...
As for the text, it has a plethora of issues, incorrect verbal tenses, inconsistencies, and a lot of typesetting problems, but it is perfectly readable like 90% of the time. Still, do correct those...
The answer is simple, when in a stance, your entire body is on its side, usually the left is forward, so it needs protection. It's a sort of minmax armor, you only protect the absolute bare minimum you need to protect before you skewer the enemy.
