I think the manga is probably going to be more nuanced considering they are showing their is a variety of good and bad between all the races except the demons as those seem to be a spiritual evil. Also seems to be high ranking elves are behind the scenes controlling Abandoned and the Real world

Even if the humans who hung the dwarves and exiled the rest were bad. The dwarves here still willingly supplied the demons with weapons and show no regrets about it or any indication that they were forced. Not exactly sympathetic

I think we did get a few shots of them in the first few chapters but to bring up also in the earlier chapters Nanom not only helps vastly change the structures of humans but provide communication between users and can be injected into other humans. Also remeber how Alan ship AI cloned herself...

I don't think this is the same "goddess" that is helping Alan. My best guess is this planet is host to 2 super powerful AI who are related to both the space humans and space bugs.

There is a reason why I said the human side of things is suspiscious but it is far likely that someone or a group in charge on humanity's side imprisoned the hero secretly due to his power but they did keep his hero status. My guess is the elves from all the clues I gathered so far.

Honestly this whole arc just feels defeating and makes the former hero comeback feel empty. The MC barely did anything this arc beside constantly get used as a meatshield, the butt of a joke, or warned about dangers that were easily overcome in the same chapter. The MC could of not been there...
