Is there somebody I should contact to make sure this happens? An issue could lead to both chapters going out, such as two different mods seeing the submitted chapters.
I submitted a chapter to a manga (I'm not going to tell you which, but I will say I opened something telling me to). I did so under the name of a scanlation group I made up. But then I read that you can't do that and a scanlation group needs to have at least one chapter already uploaded before...
