@catbot158 True! And she's realizes that she needs to keep her distance from Dylan because he's developing feelings for her (hence all the increasing physical contact things). If Dylan starts saying "Hey, I want to marry the Grandmaster" That would just complicate things for her. So why not get...
Reminder that the point of Charlize's revenge is to make Dylan a tyrant, not her prince charming. So obviously, she'll choose Lady Remiya as the future Queen of the empire she vowed to destroy, regardless of what Dylan feels about it. That's the point.
Honestly, I really like Charlize's moves...
@Rizkid1412 You know what? You're right. I shouldn't be complaining over reading a free translation.
Nonetheless, what I commented were just constructive criticisms.
Yeah, uhh... the chapter was good but the translations are iffy. Like it was taken off of google translate.
The last chapter had some mistakes too but I easily looked over it because the translation was okay. But the ones in this chapter was hard to ignore.
So the story is... bland. I've only read the first few chapters and I agree with most comments that the male lead is too over the top. I also don't like the female lead.
It's a good read but I'd have to agree that the pacing is super slow and just focuses on Lippe being great and perfect. When she first started speaking a proper sentence back when she was a baby (and even after), it was super cringy as hell too.
First chapter in and the story seems kind of meh already. The second chapter just shows that the mc has no personality.
The step mother and step sister are also bland villains and very cliché. Usually, I tend to like the villains no matter how cruel they are but here, they're just boring.
And...
