The only rule that would get your comment moderated is posting illegal content or links to it, porn, or affiliate links. So I guess the question is, what did you try to link? Searching the forums for comick, batoto, nyaa, etc. showed there are plenty of comments that don't get moderated for...

When you want to be a professional mangaka, but don't have the work ethic. I feel bad for the author. They have a good story that can translate pretty well into manga.
