I don't know the context of the mass shooting stuff but both break a rule. Just because one is worse doesn't mean both shouldn't be punished.

Also, the ch. 26 He-man is horrible. Sloppy ｒｉｚｚ also aren't native but that doesn't stop them from putting out surperior chapters.
