The fact that they didn't name drop the daughter in the flashback is the most damning part imo. Also distorting the panel boxes was a cool effect, like she's affecting the manga itself.

Damn, he seems pretty casual about saying he just imagines some Gods and they grant blessings. It seems to him it's more like a story he's writing rather than creating an entire religion.
